Spring 2021
Co-Founded Her Brand & Co
Fueled by my values of freedom, autonomy, and impact, I co-founded Her Brand & Co to help female founders build businesses on their own terms. We launched with two core offerings: an education platform membership and a marketing accelerator called The Lucy Lab.
Over the years, we educated nearly 10,000 entrepreneurs across 27 countries and worked closely with hundreds to help them craft brands that sell, communicate clearly, and grow with confidence.
Spring 2021 – Spring 2023
Amplified Expert Voices Within Our Platform
We hosted dozens of marketing leaders inside our platform - supporting their visibility while fueling our own lead generation. This collaborative content helped strengthen our mission, elevate underrepresented voices, and build community trust.
Summer 2021
Launched Our Second Flagship Program
The Her Brand & Co. Marketing Mastermind, a marketing-focused, group coaching program offering founders direction and accountability. The mastermind quickly became a trusted resource for founders, landing partnerships from industry leaders like Luminary, HeyMama, and Entreprenista.
Spring 2022
Quit My 9–5 and Went All In
I left my full-time job to focus on Her Brand & Co. - and to start living and working abroad. Over the next few years, I moved every 6–12 weeks, living in France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Turkey, and Los Angeles (which stole my heart).
Summer 2022
Her Brand & Co. is awarded the Women's Business Enterprise National Council certification.
Fall 2022
Made the Education Platform 100% Free
In alignment with our mission to democratize access to quality marketing education, we removed our paywall to the leading marketing education platform and doubled down on partnerships.
Spring 2023
Partnership with NYNOW
We offered marketing education to hundreds of early stage product based businesses through a custom curriculum and in person support.
Fall 2023
Partnership with Greater Women's Business Council
We collaborated with the Greater Women’s Business Council to offer the Lucy Lab, our marketing accelerator, to dozens of certified women-owned businesses
Spring 2024
Partnership with Amazon Small Business Academy + Puppy dog time!
We teamed up with Amazon Small Business Academy to provide education to product-based businesses selling on Amazon. Also, we welcomed Charlie, our sweet (and totally wild) chocolate lab - making us a family of three.
Fall 2024
Partnered with Goodwill's GoodBiz Accelerator
Partnered with Goodwill's GoodBiz to offer an accelerator program and prepare early stage founders for their live pitch competition.
By this time, our user base had grown by nearly 4000%.
Winter 2024
Her Brand & Co Was Acquired
We sold HB&C to Full Tilt Consulting, a woman-owned marketing firm based in Atlanta. With a larger team and expanded expertise, HBC entered its next era - committed to growing and evolving with even greater impact. I stayed on through the transition before officially stepping into my new chapter.
Winter 2025
Launched With Mari
With a mission rooted in deeper support, I launched With Mari to work 1:1 with founders and help them cut through the noise, take confident action, and grow sustainably - so they don’t have to do it alone.

During my time building Her Brand & Co, I had the privilege of supporting a global community of women entrepreneurs. Together, we created real, measurable impact, this is the impact that still fuels my mission today.
