• Perform
• Create derivative works from your submission in any media format now known or later developed.

• Podcasts and audio platforms
• Paid or free subscription platforms
• Courses, digital products, memberships, or programs
• Email newsletters
• Social media
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Workshops, speaking engagements, and presentations
• Educational resources
• Any current or future products or services created by With Mari LLC

This license applies whether the content is used in free or paid offerings.

3. Editing & Adaptation Rights

You acknowledge that With Mari LLC may edit, condense, paraphrase, adapt, or otherwise modify submissions for clarity, formatting, length, branding, or alignment with content themes.

The core intent of your submission will be preserved, but exact wording may not be.

4. Attribution & Anonymity Preferences

At the time of submission, you will be asked to indicate your attribution preferences.

Required selection:

• Please keep my questions anonymous
• I give permission to share my name and business name

Optional selections:

• I give permission to tag me on social media
• I give permission to use my voice recording

With Mari LLC will honor the preferences selected in the submission form.

If anonymity is selected, identifying details will not be shared publicly.

If voice usage permission is not selected, your voice recording will not be used.

With Mari LLC reserves the right to paraphrase or summarize submissions even if attribution permission is granted.

5. No Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive compensation, royalties, or payment of any kind for the use of your submission.

6. Non-Confidential Submissions

All submissions are considered non-confidential.

With Mari LLC is under no obligation to treat submissions as proprietary or confidential and may discuss, analyze, or build upon ideas shared, subject to your attribution preferences.

All content provided by With Mari LLC, including but not limited to podcast episodes, voice recordings, written responses, educational materials, and digital products, is for educational and informational purposes only.
